REFUND & RETURNS

Thank you for choosing entineinc.com to purchase our outdoor camping gear! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of your products, our Refund and Return Policy will help you process your return or exchange.

1. Return Window
   You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the product is unused, fully packaged, and has the original tags and invoice attached.
2. Return Conditions
   You can return your product if:
   The product has a manufacturing defect.
   The product was damaged during shipping.
   The product does not match the description in your order.
   Note: We also accept returns for personal reasons (such as incorrect size or color). Please ensure that the packaging is intact and the product is unused.
3. How to Return Your Product
   Please contact our customer service team via email at customersupport@entineinc.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
   We will provide you with a return authorization and return address.
   Please include the return authorization letter and a copy of your invoice with your package. 4. Return Shipping
   If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid, no-charge return label.
   If the return is for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing
   Once we have received and inspected the returned item:
   The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that refund processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on the bank.
   If the item is returned damaged or shows signs of use, we may deduct a fee.
5. Other Notes
   All discounted and clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
   Gifts (such as gifts with a purchase of a certain amount) will be returned with the item and are subject to the same return policy.
